Shipping policy

All orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days for all in stock items, and 5-7 business days for all personalised orders.

 Orders are not processed shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Business days are starting from the day after your order is placed. 

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates will display at checkout.

We use Australia Post as our preferred courier and all shipping rates are based on their pricing.

Free Shipping on orders over $50 Australia wide. Exclusions apply on hampers, bulk items or special delivery items.
